Workshops
Daniel Franklin, PhD, and his colleague Peter Murphy, PhD, conduct workshops on a broad range of topics for educators, clinicians, and parents. They have extensive experience as classroom teachers and as school administrators. Drawing on both their classroom experience and their work as educational psychologists, Dr. Franklin and Dr. Murphy have developed a unique strength- and relationship-based approach to addressing the complex demands students, parents, and teachers encounter.
Peter Murphy, a licensed clinical psychologist, holds a PhD in
Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology and a Master of
Educational Psychology degree from Loyola Marymount University. He works with
children and adults with learning, attention, and mood disorders. He specializes
in complex and challenging adult-child dynamics.
Daniel Franklin holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from UCLA and a Master of Education degree in Reading, Language and Learning Disabilities from Harvard University. He is Executive Director of Franklin Educational Services.
