What Is The
PSAT?
The Preliminary SAT (PSAT) is a practice version of the SAT exam. Students can take the PSAT once per year, generally during 10th and 11th grade.
High scores on the PSAT could qualify students to receive a National Merit Scholarship.
What Is On The
PSAT?
Similarly to the SAT, the PSAT is comprised of an Evidence-Based Reading and Writing Section as well as a Math Section.

PSAT exams are generally administered by a student’s school. Because of this, fees and additional registration requirements are handled by the student’s school’s administration.
